Please keep your order number to facilitate return procedures.
All full price items can be returned within 20 days from delivery, free of charge. We do not accept returns of final sale items. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately (see details below). Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - eligible for replacement with same or refund:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us at email@example.com and attach a photo of the issue if you can, for review. We may be able to repair the item or offer an exchange if the item is available. We will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print and stick to the same box we shipped to you. If the item can not be repaired or exchanged with another one like it, we will issue a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE - eligible for exchange and/or store credit:
Merchandise must be in perfect conditions and unworn. Notify us within 20 days from delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what size or style you'd like instead. We will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print and stick to the same box we shipped to you. Only one exchange per item enjoys free return. To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
