RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please keep your order number to facilitate return/exchange procedures.
- All customers in the USA enjoy one complimentary return or exchange per purchase, for their first three purchases, assuming items are eligible for return as described below. This is to allow you to become familiar with our sizes.
- Only one return per item is complimentary. If you'd like to return or exchange an item that has already been exchanged, you will be charged for the second return and for the shipping of the additional exchange item
- Return items must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery.
- If your request is eligible for complimentary return/exchange shipping, we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print and stick to the same box we shipped to you

- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damage in your message
- Items must be returned new, unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition they were received, with all labels and garment tags still attached, and in their original package
- Items must be shipped from the United States
- Return package must include a proof of purchase
- If you are eligible for a refund and you haven’t yet received it, we ask you to please do the following before you contact us: 1) check your bank account again; 2) contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; 3) contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please do contact us
